Shipping & Delivery ships all orders, in stock, once they have been processed(Typically Ships in 1-2 Business Days) to the United States and Canada via Fedex or USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses at this time. Out of stock items will ship as soon as we receive inventory which typically takes around 4 - 7 business days.

Returns & Replacements
If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased from, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Only items that are unused, in saleable condition, and in original packaging are eligible for return. If you received a damaged or defective item, or if we made a mistake on your order please contact us.

We will try our best to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Package returned due to customer error including incorrect address, refused shipment or absence during delievery there will be a 15% restocking fee including the cost of shipping.
As ramen is a perishable item, please do not open the product packaging of the incorrect item as we cannot process any return/exchange for opened items even if it is an incorrect item. Any claims after the 72 hour time-frame shall be void.

All items you add to your shopping cart will be included in your order to be sent together in one package. If you prefer to have items sent separately, order them separately. However, if the order items are too large it may not be possible to send all items together. We will separate the items whenever it determines that it's not physically possible to send them together.

After you proceed to checkout, create your customer account if you are a new customer. A verification email will be sent to your email address after you enter your information. Proceed to select order options after your email address is verified. If you are a returning customer, sign into your customer account to proceed.
3. Payment
The timing when your payment is finalized depends on the payment method you choose. In case of Credit Card, the payment is finalized after your order is shipped. In case of Google Checkout and PayPal, your payment is finalized when you place your order.
