Myojo Chukazanmai (Soybean Paste) - Product Description
- Add noodles to 2 1/2 cups boiling water, Simmer 4minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat. Mix in contents of both dry and liquid seasoning packets.
Noodle(2.82oz): wheat flour, starch (potato and tapioca), salt, palm oil, sodium carbonate, sodium metaphosphate, potassium carbonate, alginic acid, sodium tripolyphosphate and guar gum.
Liquid Soupbase(0.56oz): Vegetable oil(sesame oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, palm oil and rice oil), soybean paste(soybean, rice, salt, and water), salt, sesame seeds, vegetables(onions and tomatos), apples, sugar, soy sauce(water, soybeans, wheat and salt), yeast extract, monosodium glutamate, starch(tapioca and potato), soybean protein, paprika color, spices, fermented wheat, chili sauce, disodium inosinate, vitamin E.
Dry Seasoning(0.46oz): Soybean paste(soybean, rice, salt and water), salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, sesame seeds, potato starch, spices, seafood extract(clam, scallop and bonito), vegetable oil(palm oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil and rice oil), yeast extract, caramel color, hydrolyzed protein(bonito and mackerel), green onions, disodium inosinate and disodium succinate.
