Sapporo Ichiban (Beef Flavor) - Product Description


  1. In a small pot, bring 2 cups(500ml) of water to a boil. Add nooodles, breaking up if desired. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Remove from heat. Stir in seasoning from soup base packet.

  3. Try adding an egg, desired vegetables and leftover meat.


Oreiental Noodle(3.23oz): Enriched wheat flour(flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), palm oil, potato starch, salt, soy sauce(water, wheat, soybeans, salt, soodium benzoate-preservative), guargum, sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate.

Soup Base(0.27oz): Salt, soy sauce powder(soy sauce [ wheat, soybeans, salt], maltodextrin, salt), monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed plant protein(hydrolyzed corn gluten, soy protein and wheat gluten, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil), sugar, garlic powder, caramel color, lactose, onion powder, leek chips, white pepper, beef stock powder, celery powder, autolyzed yeast extract, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, corn oil and artificial flavor.

Manufactured in a facility that also processes sesame and shrimp products.
